Fee Payment Policies

Fees are determined by documentation of family weekly gross income, not the age of each child. Parents or guardians will need to submit the last 30 days paycheck stubs to determine family income. If you choose not to disclose family income, the highest fee will be charged.

Effective January 1, 2012 parents will be charged for the eight holidays the center is closed: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. If the center is closed for additional days, parents will not be charged additional fees.

Fees are payable each Friday, (unless other arrangements have been made), by cash or check, payable to Manchester Early Learning Center.

If fee payments are more than two weeks past due, a $30.00 late charge will be assessed for each week that payment is late.

If your account becomes past due and we must take legal action to collect, you will be liable for attorney’s fees, court costs, and any other costs of collection.
